I offer personalized mentoring sessions to healing practitioners of diverse kinds who are looking to deepen their skills holding healing space for others, whether in 1:1 or group contexts. My mentoring includes a blend of therapeutic, intuitive, pragmatic, and ritual approaches to support you deepening into your vocational path and building your practice with integrity.

Ancestral Connection & Healing Sessions

I offer guidance and ritual support to help people reclaim relationship with their ancestors, and to bring more awareness to the ancestral gifts they carry, and the places in need of healing and reconciling.  This work helps to transform unmetabolized grief, intergenerational trauma, cultural harms, and unhelpful family patterns, into increased agency, integrity and clarity in service of personal and collective well-being. I warmly welcome those who identify as queer and uplift this as especially valuable in healing ancestral and family wounding.

What does this look like? 

Combining ritual guidance, a lineage-based healing approach, somatic integration, therapeutic attachment/trauma healing and energetic intuitive awareness, I lead you into a guided dynamic healing and re-connection process in partnership with your Elder ancestors. This is a culturally inclusive framework, and I welcome folks of diverse ancestral histories.

Ancestral healing is a good fit, whether you are new to connecting with the unseen realm in this way, or have been actively in relationship with the unseen world for years, and whether you know much about your genealogical history or not. It is not necessary to have much prior knowledge, although acquiring some along the way can be fruitful. Those who are adopted and those who have experienced difficult incarnate family experiences are warmly welcomed.

The ancestors have an intimate and absolutely vital connection with the world of the living.
They are always available to guide, to teach, and to nurture. They represent one of the pathways between the knowledge of this world and the next.
